# July 2026: emails in your own voice, an SEO audit and your domains at Vivlab

Summer keeps up the pace. Your automatic emails come under your control, an audit scores every published page, parcels track themselves and your domain name can now be bought without leaving Vivlab.

## At a glance

- Customizable **Automatic emails**: the subject, message and button label of every email sent to your customers, with a live preview.
- **SEO audit**: a tool that analyzes every published page and gives it a score out of 100, with the details of what to fix, and the same check when you publish a page.
- **Automatic delivery tracking**: La Poste, Chronopost, Colissimo and Mondial Relay. A parcel number is all it takes, Vivlab handles the rest.
- **Domain name**: buy or transfer your domain straight from the dashboard, automatic renewal included.
- **Page editor**: two-step publishing, drag and drop for images and blocks, an **FAQ** block, click-to-enlarge images, PDF documents.
- **Online store**: bulk product editing, a discount cap on coupons, fixed delivery dates and a refunded status on orders.
- **Default language**: you now choose the language your site displays before any translation.

## Your automatic emails, your way

Vivlab already sends the everyday emails for you: order confirmation, shipping updates, a welcome for new customers, refunds. The **Automatic emails** section of the [**Email sending**](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/emails.md) page now hands you the keys: for each email, customize the **Subject**, add a personal message and rename the **Button label**, with variables (order number, customer name, amount) and a live preview of the final result.

A **Custom** badge marks the emails you have adapted; the others keep their original text. And thanks to end-to-end translation, each email goes out in the language of the customer receiving it.

## SEO: one unified page, plus an audit

The [**SEO**](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/seo.md) page now gathers everything that helps search engines find your site: your site description, the **Google Search Console** connection, instant notification of **IndexNow**-compatible engines, the **Page title format** and the **Social preview** of your shared links.

It comes with a new tool, the [**SEO audit**](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/seo.md): **Run audit** analyzes every published page of your site and gives it a score out of 100, with the details of what to fix (titles, descriptions, images missing alternative text, broken links) and how to fix each one. Run the audit again after your corrections to measure the progress.

The same check now happens at go-live: the **Publish your page** step shows the audit for that page, so you can fix a missing title or an image without alternative text before the page ships, rather than after.

One last setting in the family: the **Hide this page from search engines** option, in a page's settings in the editor, removes a page from search results while keeping it reachable for anyone with its link. Handy for an ad landing page or reserved content.

## Delivery tracking, automatic

For a shipped order, tracking now takes nothing more than a number. When confirming an [order](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/orders.md)'s shipment, pick the **Carrier** (**La Poste**, **Chronopost**, **Colissimo** or **Mondial Relay**) and enter the **Parcel number**: the tracking link builds itself and goes out in the customer's shipping email.

Vivlab then watches the parcel for you and updates the order's status at each step of transit, through to delivery, with nothing to check on the carrier's website.

## Your domain name, without leaving Vivlab

Until now, you had to buy your domain from a provider, then connect it by hand. The [**Domain name**](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/domains.md) page now handles it end to end, through our partner Gandi:

- **Buy a new domain**: search for the name you want, choose the **Registration duration** (from 1 to 10 years) and pay online. The domain then configures itself: DNS, SSL certificate and connection to your site, with no technical steps.
- **Transfer an existing domain**: bring over a domain bought elsewhere by entering its **Authorization code (auth code)**. The transfer includes one year of renewal, and the domain is then managed as if it had been bought here.

Renewal is automatic: about 30 days before expiry, an extra year is billed to your [subscription's](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/account-billing.md) payment method, and you are warned by email if the payment fails. The domain manager gathers its DNS records (to connect a mailbox to your domain, for example), its expiry date and the **Automatic renewal** setting, which you can switch off at any time.

## A site translated end to end

[**Translations**](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/translations.md) used to cover your pages; it now covers everything your customers can read. Product pages, categories, blog articles, forms, invoices and order emails follow the customer's browsing language: an English-speaking customer receives their order confirmation in English, with an invoice in English.

Two settings round out this coverage: the **Default language**, which sets the language your site displays before any translation, and the editor's **Language menu** element, which lets your visitors switch languages from the navigation bar or the footer. Search engines are kept in the loop automatically: every page declares its translated versions, and the internal links in your texts stay in the visitor's language.

## What's new in the page editor

- **Publish in two steps**: publishing happens in two steps, **Preview your page** to check the result (especially on mobile, with a QR code to open the page on your phone), then **Publish your page**, which sums up what going live will trigger before you confirm. Unpublishing a page now shows a clear warning about its consequences.
- **Drag and drop, copy and paste**: drop an image from your computer straight onto the page and it becomes a block. The clipboard follows the same logic: an image, a text or a block copied elsewhere lands where you aimed.
- **New FAQ block**: a list of questions your visitors unfold with a click. Write the questions and answers, pick the icon and colors, and decide whether the first question opens automatically.
- **Click-to-enlarge images**: the **Enlarge on click** option opens the image full size above the page for your visitors.
- **PDF documents**: a link can point to a **.pdf document** uploaded to your library, a menu, a catalog or terms and conditions.

## What's new in the online store

- **Edit several products at once**: select several products in your [product list](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/products.md), then open **Actions** to change their state, tags, [categories](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/collections.md) or [facet filters](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/facets.md) in one operation. The editing table also lets you adjust the fields of a whole selection, row by row.
- **Better-bounded coupons**: a percentage [coupon](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/coupons.md) accepts a **Maximum discount**; beyond the cap, the discount stops. You can also restrict a coupon to a selection of products.
- **A fixed delivery date**: for a preorder or a pickup at an event, the **Set a fixed date** option on a [carrier](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/shippings.md) replaces the estimated delay with a precise date, shown to the customer during checkout and repeated in their emails.
- **Refunds now show**: a fully refunded [order](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/orders.md) displays its refunded status in the orders list and on its detail view, and a dedicated filter groups them. A partial refund is flagged with a warning badge below the status.
