# Customer list

In the register, your customers are called members. The customer database requires the Pro plan.

- **During a sale**: tap **Add member** in the cart, search for the customer in **Select a member** or create their record. **Change member** and **Remove member** fix a mistake before checkout.
- **Manage records**: open **Sell > Members**. This page is available to the **Manager** role only.

A sale attached to a customer pre-fills their address when you email the receipt. Register sales don't earn loyalty points automatically: a Manager can adjust points from the member's record.
