# Quotes

A quote saves a cart without payment so you can resume it later. Quotes and held tickets require the Pro plan.

1. During the sale, open **Cart actions**, then **Save as quote**.
2. Enter a **Name or reference**, for example "Mr Durand, plates", and save.
3. To print the quote, open it in **Held tickets & quotes** and tap **Print document**.
4. When the customer comes back, open the quote and tap **Resume sale**, then take payment. The current cart must be empty.

**Result**: when resumed, prices are recalculated with the current catalogue. A printed quote is marked "Non-fiscal document". Once paid, its status becomes **Converted to sale**. A quote doesn't count towards revenue and can't be emailed from the register.

To delete a quote you no longer need, open it and tap **Delete saved ticket**.
