# Company

Business details are set in **Settings > Settings**, available to the **Manager** role only. They are shared with the Vivlab dashboard.

- **Business address**: company name, address and contact details.
- **Fiscal information**: SIREN, SIRET, intra-EU VAT number and the default tax rate for products without a rate.
- **Fiscal year**: the **First month of the fiscal year**, which sets the dates of the annual closing.

Without a SIRET or a complete address, checkout is refused with a message telling you what to complete.
