# Contacts

The **Contacts** section gathers every message sent by your visitors through the contact forms embedded on your site. Every submitted form appears here with its date, the [page](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/pages.md) it was sent from and the visitor's email address.

Come here whenever a visitor leaves you a message, when you want to re-read a request received several days ago, when you need to reply by email to a prospect, or simply to track the activity generated by your site's forms.

## Contacts

This section lists every submitted form, from the most recent to the oldest. For each message, you can see the **Date** of submission, the **Page** it was sent from and the contact's **Email**. Use the search bar and the filters above the list to quickly find a specific contact or filter by source page.

Click on a row to display the form details: the exact page it was filled in on, then each form field with its label and the visitor's answer. If the visitor entered their email address, click **Reply** to open your email client with a pre-filled message that includes the entire form. Click **Close** to return to the list.

To export messages, tick the rows you need, then open the **More actions** menu and choose **Export to CSV file**: the file includes the date, the email, the page and every field of the selected forms. The three-dot menu at the end of each row lets you delete a message, after confirmation; deletion is permanent.

Every submitted form is also sent to you by email. You can turn this email off from your [**Notifications**](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/account-notifications.md): the messages stay listed here either way.
