# Withdrawal form

This page opens the **withdrawal form** in the editor, with the same tools as your pages. It is the page where a customer finds their order and picks the items they return, following your [withdrawal](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/returns.md) settings. Like the checkout, it shows without the site header and footer: it has its own header bar.

<DocsAccess />

Open it from [Themes](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/branding.md), **E-commerce** tab (shown when your site has a store).

Come here to match this page to your brand: your colors, an image, your contact details for returns.

## Elements

The **Elements** button offers the elements of the withdrawal form:

- **Back to the store** and **Logo**: the link to the home page and your store logo.
- **Introduction**: your store name and the withdrawal period from your [withdrawal](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/returns.md) settings (14 days by default).
- **Withdrawal form**: the order lookup, under your returns policy, the choice of items and the confirmation. The editor shows its first step.

The page title is a regular text block written in your dashboard's language: edit it like any text, it is translated for your customers like the rest of your site. The introduction and the back link show your store's text, translated into the customer's language. To replace it, select the element, click it again and type your text right on the page: **Enter** or a click elsewhere saves it, **Escape** cancels. An emptied text goes back to the default one. You can also add regular blocks: images, texts, buttons…

## Set up withdrawal

Click the page background: the **Withdrawal form** panel shows the **Withdrawal** section, with the **Withdrawal requests** switch, the **Withdrawal window** and your **Withdrawal conditions**. These settings save on their own; see [Withdrawal](https://docs.vivlab.com/en/sections/returns.md) for details.

## Change the layout

On first opening, the page takes the structure of the original form. To start from another layout:

<DocsSteps>

1. Click the page background.
2. In **Templates**, click **Change**, then pick **Centered**, **Split** or **Minimal**.
3. Confirm with **Replace**.

</DocsSteps>

The sections are replaced, but the texts you typed on the elements are kept, as are those of your text blocks when the new template has the same run of titles and paragraphs. You can undo the change. **Reset layout** goes back to the original structure.

## Publish

**Publish layout** first checks that the **Withdrawal form** and a way back to the store (**Back to the store** or **Logo**) are there on desktop and mobile, shows a preview, then puts the page live. Until the layout is published, customers see the original form.
