Welcome to the Vivlab help

This documentation walks you step by step through using the Vivlab dashboard. For each screen of the interface, you'll find what it's for, when to use it and how to perform every action.

It's written for both newcomers discovering Vivlab and experienced users looking for precise information about an advanced feature.

Who this documentation is for

This guide covers the use of the dashboard by merchants, content creators and teams who run their Vivlab site day to day. It follows the actual structure of the interface: one chapter per main section of the side menu, then one page per screen.

The main areas of the dashboard

The dashboard's side menu is organized into eight main groups. Each one matches a chapter of this documentation:

  • Home — overview of your activity as soon as you sign in: traffic, orders and key indicators.
  • Website — everything related to your site's public pages: pages, contacts, custom codes, themes, domain name, SEO, marketing plugins, translation and redirect rules.
  • Blog — editorial management of the blog: articles, categories, tags, authors and blog settings.
  • Store — e-commerce management: products, shipping rates, categories, faceted filters, discount coupons, VAT rates, integrations, carriers, billing details, automated emails, online payments, e-commerce theme and holiday mode.
  • Dropshipping — product catalog and suppliers if you sell without holding stock yourself.
  • Orders — operational tracking: order list, subscriptions, customer accounts and recent payouts.
  • My account — settings related to your Vivlab account: sign-in, display preferences, plan and billing management, referrals.
  • Help — documentation and tips, plus access to support through a support request.

How to read this documentation

Each page follows the same logic as the matching screen: the order of sections in the documentation mirrors the order of blocks in the interface. The labels you see on screen are reused as is, in bold. If you're looking for a specific setting, use the search bar at the top of the site.
