Loyalty points
Example: 1 point per euro spent, 100 points exchanged for €5.
With the loyalty program (Business or Confort plan, open member area), the customer collects points and picks their voucher at checkout. Steps: Customers and loyalty.
Result: the voucher is a one-use code reserved for the customer, which can't be combined with another code in the same order.
Crossed-out price and automatic discounts
Example: the "Linen" dress at €49 instead of €65, with no code. Vivlab has no automatic discount: a coupon always requires a code. Change the product's price instead.
- Open the product page and set its price to €49.
- Turn on Show a promotion, enter €65 as the initial price and save.
Result: the store shows €65 crossed out next to €49. The initial price must be strictly higher than the price including tax, otherwise it doesn't show. Restore the original price when the event ends.
