My invoices

This page gathers the invoices Vivlab issued for your subscription: number, status, amount and date. This is where you get a proof of payment.

Come here when your accountant asks for the quarter's invoices, when you need to archive a receipt for your financial year, or when you want to check that a charge went through. The current plan, the card and the address printed on these documents are all set from Manage my plan, and the credit earned by referring is tracked in Referral program.

Viewing and downloading an invoice

The list shows your settled invoices, from the most recent to the oldest.

For every row, View opens the invoice online, handy to check it or share it via link, and Download retrieves the PDF to archive or send to your accountant.

Only invoices whose payment has been collected appear here: if a charge fails, the invoice shows up once the situation is fixed. Replace your card from Manage my plan to avoid your site being suspended.
