Support request

The Support request page brings together the history of your support requests with the Vivlab team: the ones you've opened, the ones awaiting our reply, and the ones already resolved. This is where you follow up on conversations and open new requests.

Come here whenever you run into a bug, an unexpected behavior, a specific question about your account, or any issue that needs written follow-up with our team.

Request list

This section shows all your support requests with their number, their subject and their last update date. Click on a row to open a request, read support's replies and add your own response.

Click Make a support request at the top of the page to open a new ticket. Choose the Category and the Subcategory matching your need, fill in the Request subject, describe the issue in detail, and attach if possible a screenshot: a visual example helps us reproduce the issue faster.

If you have no request yet, a message invites you to create one — it's usually the fastest way to get a reply.
