Carriers
This page centralizes the configuration of partner carriers used to ship your orders. Come here whenever you open an account with a carrier, your API credentials change, or you want to start automatically generating your shipping labels. Once the carrier is connected, create the matching shipping option from Shipping rates.
Mondial Relay
This section lets you connect your professional Mondial Relay account to Vivlab so that labels for orders delivered to a relay point are generated automatically, without re-entering parcel information for every shipment.
The connection assumes you already have an active professional Mondial Relay account and that you can sign in to connect.mondialrelay.com. If not, open one from the Mondial Relay professional site before continuing.
To activate the connection, fill in the three identifiers provided by Mondial Relay in your pro area:
- Brand ID API — your brand's identifier (e.g.
BDTEST123). - Login API — the technical login linked to your account (e.g.
BDTEST123@business-api.mondialrelay.com). - API password — the technical password provided by Mondial Relay.
To retrieve these credentials, sign in to connect.mondialrelay.com, then:
- Click Administration in the top bar, then API configuration.
- Select API Version V2.0.
- In the Your production parameters area, copy the values Brand Id API, Login API and API password.
If the API password isn't shown or you've lost it, click Regenerate API credentials to get a new one.
Then come back to Vivlab, paste the three values in the matching fields, then click Save to activate automatic label generation on Mondial Relay shipments.
Caution
On your Mondial Relay Connect area, make sure you copy the credentials shown under Your production parameters, not the test ones. Test credentials cannot generate real shipping labels.
Tip
Before generating your first labels from Order list, remember to credit your Mondial Relay account: shipping fees are charged for every label printed. Without enough credit, the label cannot be generated.
