Billing data

This page gathers the information that will appear on the invoices issued to your customers after every order. Come here whenever you launch your store, when your business name, address or VAT number changes, or when you want to add a custom message on your invoices.

On the right, a real-time preview shows what an actual invoice will look like as you make your changes. Once your information is filled in, click Save so future invoices use this data.

Company identity

Fill in these fields to enable invoicing for your customers. This data is mandatory in most countries for an invoice to be legally valid, and notably determines the VAT applied.

Enter the Company name and the full address (address, additional address, postal code, city, country, phone): your company's legal name and official contact details, shown at the top of every invoice.

Automatic company lookup

For a French company, start typing your legal name in the Company name field: matching companies from the Sirene register appear with their SIRET and address, the head office marked with a Headquarters badge. Pick yours to fill in the name, address, SIRET and VAT number in one go.

Tax identifiers

This information is mandatory at the bottom of invoices in France.

  • VAT number: essential if you're VAT-registered, this number will appear on every invoice.
  • SIRET: your establishment's legal identifier (for French companies).

Customization

This section gathers the logo and the free text shown on every invoice, for example a thank-you note, terms of sale or a legal notice.

  • Company logo: add the logo shown in the invoice header. This logo is shared across several surfaces: changing it also updates it on your website, emails, receipts and social previews. Prefer an image with a transparent background.
  • Header: text shown at the top of the invoice, just below the logo. Useful for a warm message such as "Thank you for your trust!". Limited to 1000 characters.
  • Footer: text shown at the bottom of the invoice. Ideal for legal or informational text (return terms, legal notices, bank details…). Limited to 1000 characters.
