Integrations
The Integrations section gathers the connections between Vivlab and the external platforms that feed your catalog or sync your sales. Come here to connect a partner platform, update access credentials, or revoke an existing authorisation.

Marketplace integrations are part of the Confort plan. Without it, the page shows an invitation to upgrade; you change plan from Manage my plan.
Amazon
The Amazon connection links your Amazon Seller Central account to Vivlab through the Selling Partner API. It powers the Dropshipping section: searching the Amazon catalog (by keyword, ASIN, SKU or EAN), with the prices and stocks of your Amazon products shown directly in Vivlab.
Fill in the three credentials of your Selling Partner application: client_id, client_secret and refresh_token (the last two are masked as you type), then save with Save.
TIP
These credentials come from Seller Central, under Apps & Services > Develop apps: your application's page shows the client_id and client_secret (LWA credentials), and self-authorization generates the refresh_token.
Faire
The Faire (B2B marketplace) connection lets you sync your Vivlab catalog with your Faire shop. Once connected, your products can be pushed to Faire and their prices, stocks and statuses adjusted from Vivlab, with no manual re-entry on the Faire side. Your Faire orders also become available via the Faire orders button at the top of the orders list.
Fill in the Application ID and Secret ID provided by Faire for your OAuth application, save, then click Connect to Faire (the button stays inactive while there are unsaved changes). You are redirected to Faire to authorise access to the READ_PRODUCTS, WRITE_PRODUCTS, READ_INVENTORIES, WRITE_INVENTORIES, READ_ORDERS and WRITE_ORDERS scopes. Back on Vivlab, the access token is saved automatically in the Access Token field and the Sync Faire action appears in the Product list.
To revoke the authorisation, click Disconnect from Faire (the button appears once the connection is set up) and confirm: the OAuth access token is revoked and the connection removed. You will need to reconnect to sync your catalog again.

The Application ID and Secret ID are found in your Faire developer area under Applications: create a dedicated OAuth application for Vivlab if you don't already have one.
