Subscription

The Subscription page lists every subscription taken out by your customers on your store, whether ongoing or already ended. Come here whenever a customer asks where their subscription stands, when you need to check a renewal date, identify a subscription nearing its end, track recurring payments or prepare a cancellation. Subscriptions come from Subscription-type products, which define the amount and frequency of the recurring charge.

Click on a row to open the subscription's details: customer information, plan subscribed, recurring amount, start date, possible end date and history.

Filters and search

Use the search bar and the filters to quickly find a subscription by customer email, by status (Active, Ended) or by country. The country comes from the customer's address registered with our payment provider.

Subscription details

When you open a subscription, you can see its plan (amount and frequency of charge), the date it was created, and where applicable the planned end date. It's also from this view that you can launch a cancellation when the customer requests one.
