Multiple text editing

When you select several text blocks at the same time (Text, Button) with Shift+click or the rectangle selection, a common rich-text toolbar appears at the top of the editor. It lets you apply formatting to every selected block in one action.

Shared capabilities

The common bar only exposes the functions shareable across every selected block:

  • Text alignment — left, center, right, justified.
  • Font — choose a new font for every block.

If every selected block is of type Text, two extra options appear:

  • Lists — bulleted or numbered.
  • Headings — levels 1, 2, 3, etc.

The last two are hidden as soon as a button is in the selection (buttons aren't meant to contain headings or lists).

AI proofreading

The AI Stars icon launches simultaneous spelling correction on every selected text. Handy when you want to proofread an entire page in a single pass.

Edit the content of a single block

The common bar does not let you edit the text itself: only global formatting is available there. To edit the content of a specific block, deselect the others and double-click on the block to switch to standard Text editing mode.
