Move a block
To move a block, click on it and drag without releasing. While moving, guides and alignment appear to help you position the block precisely against other elements in the section.
Regular move
As long as you stay inside the parent section, the block automatically snaps to the canvas grid. Release at the desired location to confirm the new position. The change is saved immediately.
Transfer a block to another section
If you drag the block beyond the boundaries of its parent section, it's automatically transferred to the section you're hovering over when you release. The relative position and coordinates are recalculated to keep the visual rendering.
This is how you move, for example, a button from one section to the next without having to delete and recreate it.
Move several blocks at once
If you've selected several blocks (click + Shift+click or rectangle selection), every block in the selection is moved together while keeping their relative positions.
Locked block
If the block is locked from the action bar, it cannot be moved. Click Unlock to take control again.
Undo
Like every action in the editor, a move can be undone with Ctrl+Z / Cmd+Z or via the Undo button in the top bar.
